The Golf Course and Restaurant at Stanco Park in Glen Cove have been a staple in the community for 40 years.  The land was donated to the city by the Geddes Family in 1972 and has been turned into a public park which hosts an 18 hole golf course, a brand new $400,000 playground, tennis courts, basketball courts and The Soundview of Glen Cove, a premier Gold Coast American fare restaurant. 

The Soundview has gone through a number of operators through the years, most notably John and Nancy Sisson who operated as the Tiffany House, and Joe and Barbara Graziose who operated as the Soundview at Glen Cove.  Today, Soundview of Glen Cove is operated by Jamie Scott (Mill Creek Tavern in Bayville), and a team of restaurant professionals with over 100 combined years in the restaurant business.  our local chefs bring a wonderful array of comfort classics to the new Spring 2012 menu.  Owner Jamie Scott brings his famous brand of hospitality that is so well known on the North Shore.  Together, with the well oiled staff, The Soundview team re-brands this traditionally summer locale into a warm and friendly year-round hot spot.
