Glenn Cove Golf course, located at Glenn Cove in Nassau County, New York on the North Shore of Long Island. Perfect public Golf Course

The greens and fairways would not be out of place on a high quality public course like in Glenn Cove and so you find yourself in the perfect environment to improve your golf. Set amongst mature trees and lakes, Glenn Cove Golf Course features a mix of par 3s, 4s and 5s, making a par of 35 or 70 for 18 holes. A variety of different tee positions gives the golfer a new and different challenge on the back 9 holes. Each hole features five tee boxes making the course fair and enjoyable for scratch golfers and high handicappers alike. Our rye-grass fairways are fairly wide and trees are typically not a factor in play. Greens are medium speed with a fair (but not excessive) number of green-side bunkers.

Challenges include water hazards, which come into play on 10 of the 18 holes, and undulating bent-grass greens, many with three tiers. The course features an above-average number of fairway bunkers and a defined cut of deep rough which can add strokes to your score if you’re not careful.
